Service operator
CloseComplete is a service operated by Nevill Enterprises LLC. These terms form an agreement between the user or subscribing business and Nevill Enterprises LLC concerning use of the CloseComplete service.
Acceptance and eligibility
By creating an account, starting a trial, accessing a workspace, or using CloseComplete, you agree to these terms. You represent that you are authorized to act for the business account you create or manage and that information you provide is accurate.
The CloseComplete service
CloseComplete helps businesses assign and document operational tasks using checklists, timestamps, employee identifiers, photographs, notes, approvals, alerts, and summaries. CloseComplete supports operational oversight but does not replace management judgment, required inspections, workplace policies, safety procedures, or legal compliance.
Accounts and authorized users
You are responsible for protecting login credentials, employee PINs, dashboard links, and other access methods; limiting access to authorized users; maintaining accurate contact information; and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access. The business account is responsible for its users and for obtaining any notices or permissions required before collecting employee information or photographs.
SMS notification terms
When an owner or manager enters a mobile number and affirmatively enables CloseComplete SMS notifications, the user consents to receive recurring operational text messages from CloseComplete. Messages may include immediate alerts when critical opening or closing tasks are missed, daily activity summaries, and secure dashboard links.
Message frequency varies based on the selected preferences and business activity. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing CloseComplete. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Reply STOP to opt out. After opting out, you may receive one confirmation message. Reply HELP for assistance. You may also change notification preferences in your CloseComplete account. If a mobile number is reassigned or no longer yours, you must update or remove it promptly.
Trials, plans, and billing
CloseComplete may offer a 14-day free trial followed by the plan selected at signup. Applicable price, billing cadence, and included locations are shown before purchase. Unless canceled, paid subscriptions renew automatically at the stated interval. Payment processing may be provided by a third-party processor and is subject to that provider’s terms. Fees and plan features may change with advance notice as required by law.
Acceptable use
You may not use CloseComplete unlawfully; access another customer’s workspace without permission; interfere with service security or availability; upload malicious or infringing content; misuse SMS features; send unsolicited messages; or attempt to reverse engineer or resell the service except under a written agreement.
Customer content
You retain ownership of information and evidence submitted to your workspace. You grant CloseComplete a limited right to host, process, transmit, display, and back up that content as needed to provide and secure the service. You are responsible for ensuring that submitted content is lawful and appropriate.
Availability and disclaimers
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. We work to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted delivery, error-free records, or that every alert will arrive before an operational deadline. You remain responsible for confirming critical safety, security, cash-control, and compliance duties.
Limitation and termination
To the extent allowed by law, CloseComplete is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service. We may suspend or terminate access for nonpayment, misuse, security risk, or material violation of these terms. You may cancel according to the account and billing procedures available in the service.
Changes and contact
